Return & Exchange Policy

To exchange or return a product, please contact us within seven (7) days from the delivery date. The products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packing condition (including all tags and accessories).

Once your items have been received by us, they will be inspected for approval. Please note that:

  • If the shipped product is not matching the ordered product or has defects, Cute’O will cover all fees associated with the exchange/refund process.
  • If you wish to exchange or return a product because of change in mind, shipping fees will apply on the customer.

For exchange, the replacement product(s) will follow the regular delivery timeline. For refunds, the amount will be sent to you by bank transfer only. You will be contacted by our customer care personnel for your bank details within 3 days of item(s) approval.
